Regional Officer – MindNation Latinoamérica
Responsibilities
Position: Sales and Marketing Regional Officer
Location: Remote (Minimal in-person client/partner meetings as required)
Reporting To: CEO, Chief Product and Data Officer
Role Overview
The Regional Officer for MindNation Latinoamerica will play a pivotal role in expanding and maintaining our presence in the Latin American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for both sales and marketing duties, relationship building and management of current clients, responding to leads, engaging with potential partners, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Latin American market to drive growth and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Attend to incoming leads, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and schedule and attend meetings to discuss partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, creative teams, and specialists within the Operations department, to align efforts and achieve objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and Chief Product and Data Officer, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent MindNation at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of teletherapy, mental health, and well-being services is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
