Sr. Product Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Create and implement product strategies consistent with company long-
term vision
2. Strong consumer insighting skills which includes interpreting feedback
from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫
features and end products
3. Collaborate with senior management and multifunctional teams to
create product plans and roadmaps
4. Supervise and support cross-functional teams
5. Prepare and review product requirements documents and launch
checklist
6. Manage product releases properly and ensure the compliance with
schedule
7. Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• 2+ years’ experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in agile environment
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
• Understanding of healthcare sector, especially mental health is an advantage
