Corporate Programs Officer

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development: Create comprehensive and informative talks, webinars, and workshops focused on mental health and well-being topics. Ensure that the content is accurate, evidence-based, and tailored to resonate with our target audience.
     
  2. Research and Expertise: Conduct in-depth research on various mental health and well-being subjects, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and scientific developments. Demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health issues and approaches to well-being.
     
  3. Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to engage the target audience effectively, incorporating interactive elements, audience participation, and compelling storytelling techniques in talks and workshops.
     
  4. Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with mental health professionals and well-being experts to validate content accuracy and gather insights.
     
  5. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, keywords, and more.
     
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance and impact of mental health and well-being marketing initiatives. Analyze audience feedback, event attendance, and content effectiveness to make data-driven improvements.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Graphic design skills preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Experience in copywriting or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in mental health and well-being

Junior Multimedia Editor

Responsibilities

We are looking for talented and innovative multimedia editors who could efficiently create engaging digital content on mental health and wellbeing for our brand.

 

  1. Contribute to pre-planning and brainstorming for digital content (e-learning and promotional materials)
  2. Develop storyboards and shot lists
  3. Edit of multimedia material (audio and/or video) for varied platforms
  4. Manage all assets and finished projects in internal storage system
  5. Create visual elements and digitally improve picture and video quality
  6. Stay informed, dedicated and committed to industry trends and best practices to tell stories and engage viewers on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  7. Will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for Partnerships and Platforms


 

Requirements

 

  • Proven work experience, or portfolio for video editing and production
  • Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop)
  • Ability to edit audio, music, and other SFX in videos
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in mental health and well-being and audio editing skills are a plus
