Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to work on established mental health programs for MindNation clientele. Will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

Assistance in monitoring active marketing activities and developing ways to improve programs and services.

Submit ideas for potential marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance and grow the MindNation brand and sales.

Set-up and organize Company Culture Drives other MindNation digital and on-ground programs including securing and managing organizational partners, ambassadors, and speakers.

 

Requirements


-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field
-1-2 years of experience in the related field
-Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
-Highly organized and detail oriented with great people skills
-Proficient in Google applications, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc) and video call platforms Zoom, Teams etc.

Brand Manager - Education Program

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to work on a high-priority project. You would get the opportunity to be in the driver seat to drive the educational arm of MindNation. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining high quality, diverse content from experts and ambassadors in MindNation into its growing education program. This requires designing and managing ongoing processes and tools and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.

  1. Partner closely with Product Development, Tech, Insights, and Marketing to build and execute on the content, course, and engagement strategy across the platform.
  2. Create high-quality, expert-backed content and courses within the platform and work with partners for official certifications
  3. Collaborate with experts, copywriters, design and video teams to generate content and ensure materials are in perfect sync, branded, and are as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible
  4. Deep-dive with the target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across relevant channels 
  5. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  6. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  7. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field
  • 3-4 years of experience in the related field
  • A educational background or experience dealing with virtual learning programs and mental health is advantageous

SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

  1. Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

  2. Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

  3. Work with content team to optimize content repository on website

  4. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

  5. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

  6. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

  7. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

  8. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

  9. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

  10. Research and analyze competitor advertising links

  11. Develop and implement link building strategy

  12. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

  13. Work closely with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

  14. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of SEO Management experience
  • Ability to apply SEO best practices to Laravel Website and WordPress websites.
  • Ability to Recommend and implement SEO optimizations to website
  • Capable of optimizing both Laravel and WordPress websites
  • Be able to do keyword research for paid advertising as well as organic SEO efforts
