Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented writer who can effectively craft complex mental health and well-being  content that is not only clear and compelling, but aligned with brand voice.

  1. Write and edit copy for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to website content, email campaigns, press releases, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
  3. Conduct basic research and stay updated on in industry trends and best practices in mental health and wellbeing
  4. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, keywords, and more
  5. Will report directly to the Head of Marketing
Requirements
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Experience in copywriting or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in mental health and well-being and understanding of SEO concepts and social media marketing are a plus

Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team on the mission for better mental health care! A Senior Marketing Manager is expected to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility to contribute in growing market share and competitiveness, as well as drive engagement with our target audience. 

Full Time, Remote with Occasional Field Work within Metro Manila

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with external parties such as civil society groups, government organizations, and like-minded businesses to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  • Collaborate with key advocacy partners and ambassadors to create impactful campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values.
  • Lead the development and execution of B2C marketing campaigns to promote our services and offerings, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage programs and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues. This includes overseeing the creation of educational content and resources to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote understanding among our clients and the wider community.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of individual contributors, providing guidance, support, and to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to streamline processes, improve cross-functional integration, and drive synergies across the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Google Workspace for collaborative work.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity with a variety of video call platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
  • A good eye for detail and design, ensuring that projects and deliverables meet aesthetic standards and reflect the organization's brand identity.
  • Proficient in basic graphic design using Canva.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge or passion in mental health is a plus!
