Junior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

A Marketing Officer is expected to be able to utilize market insights and diverse channels for effective promotion, crafting compelling initiatives, monitoring and improving activities, collaborating with partners, and managing diverse programs.

 

Full Time, Remote with Occasional Field Work

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.
  • Assistance in monitoring active marketing activities and developing ways to improve programs and services.
  • Submit ideas for potential marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance and grow the MindNation brand and sales.
  • Set-up and organize Company Culture Drives other MindNation digital and on-ground programs including securing and managing organizational partners, ambassadors, and speakers.
  • Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Google Workspace for collaborative work.
  • Proficient in basic graphic design using Canva.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity with a variety of video call platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge or passion in mental health is a plus!

Ads Manager/Specialist - Android & iOS

Location: Latin America or Philippines (Remote)

About The Role

We're seeking a Mobile Ads Manager to lead user acquisition and monetization strategies for our health & wellness SaaS platform across Android and iOS. This role can be full-time or project-based depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize mobile ad campaigns across Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Performance Analytics: Track and optimize KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention) and create performance reports
  • Technical Implementation: Manage MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), conversion tracking, attribution models, and SDK integrations
  • Budget Management: Manage monthly budgets and optimize allocation based on performance data
  • A/B Testing: Develop and execute testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and development teams to align strategies

 

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years managing mobile app advertising campaigns
  • Proven track record on ROAS / Targets
  • Experience scaling apps on both Android and iOS platforms

Technical Skills - Must Have

Advertising Platforms:

  • Google Ads (UAC, Display, YouTube)
  • Apple Search Ads
  • Meta/Facebook Ads (app install campaigns)
  • Google AdMob (mediation & optimization)

Attribution & Analytics:

  • Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
  • Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • SKAN (SKAdNetwork) and privacy-first attribution

Data & Reporting:

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
  • Strong analytical skills for cohort analysis and LTV modeling

Platform Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of Google Play Store and Apple App Store ecosystems
  • ASO (App Store Optimization) principles
  • Mobile ad fraud prevention
  • Attribution models and deep linking

Language & Location

  • English C2 Level (Proficiency) - fluent written and verbal communication required
  • Based in Latin America or Philippines
  • Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
  • Ability to overlap with team working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with health/wellness or SaaS apps
  • SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations
  • Experience with automation tools (Google Ads Scripts, Python)

Responsibilities

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented creative to join our friendly and collaborative Marketing Department. 

Work Arrangement: 

Remote with occasional physical meet-ups for Philippine team town halls and relevant skill-building training.

We are looking for talented and innovative multimedia editors who could efficiently create engaging digital content on mental health and wellbeing for our brand.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to pre-planning and brainstorming for digital content (e-learning and promotional materials)
  2. Develop storyboards and shot lists
  3. Edit of multimedia material (audio and/or video) for varied platforms
  4. Manage all assets and finished projects in internal storage system
  5. Create visual elements and digitally improve picture and video quality
  6. Stay informed, dedicated and committed to industry trends and best practices to tell stories and engage viewers on both offline and online platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  7. Will report directly to the Head of Marketing

 

Requirements
  • Proven work experience, or portfolio for video editing and production
  • Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and Photoshop)
  • Ability to edit audio, music, and other SFX in videos
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of or interest in mental health and well-being and audio editing skills are a plus

Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented writer who can effectively craft complex mental health and well-being  content that is not only clear and compelling, but aligned with brand voice.

  1. Write and edit copy for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to website content, email campaigns, press releases, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
  3. Conduct basic research and stay updated on in industry trends and best practices in mental health and wellbeing
  4. Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, keywords, and more
  5. Will report directly to the Head of Marketing
Requirements
  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Experience in copywriting or a related field
