Senior Marketing Manager - Promotions

Responsibilities

Full Time, Remote with Occasional Field Work

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive multi-platform content calendar that aligns brand voice with seasonal objectives and engagement targets.
  • Conceptualize and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of newsletters, email marketing, press releases, and event-specific communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Direct the design, sourcing, and distribution of brand assets and promotional merchandise to enhance market visibility and physical brand presence.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers, overseeing contract negotiations and campaign deliverables to amplify reach.

 

Requirements

 

  • Experienced managing 360-degree campaigns spanning digital (Social, SEO/SEM, Email) and traditional media.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and seasonal content calendars.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Google Ads to deliver a high ROI.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and a strong understanding of audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for diverse formats, including press releases, newsletters, and internal briefs.
